Main Features:
Multi-Session Support – one-to-many and many-to-many collaboration session, in order to efficiently utilize Expert’s and Site Operator’s resources
Real-time photos, text and documents sharing (documents could be open directly on the site operators’ phone) – Enabling Experts to share picture, drawings, instructions documents (like PDFs) and text messages. The site operator can share picture and reply text messages, etc. All those viewed real time by all collaboration session attendees.
Instructional Photos – snapshot of operators’ images could be sent back with expert’s remarks and/or combined with text messages.
Evidential Recording – All sessions are recorded real-time on our collaboration platform, combined with all text, pictures, document exchange, etc. Those could become part of the client’s knowledge base and/or training database
Session History – All session recordings are with detailed info about caller, attendees, start/end time, materials exchanged, etc. and this information is available to all registered session attendees.
Instant Messaging – Experts can send text messages that will be shown on the AR Glasses and the operator’s phone. Operators can easily reply.
AI Object Marking – Experts (or any backend session attendee) can mark objects on the video in real-time, as additional guidance to the site operators. Those markings will stick to the object using our AI tech and will stay there until the object is not visible to the glasses any more, this is regardless the site operators’ movements.

Digital Instructions – Site Operators are guided step-by-step text guidance supported by Picture or Video demonstration for each step, and all this is happening hands-free directly from the AR Glasses. AI Voice Recognition supports Next Steps, Attachments (pictures/video) and QR-code scanning by voice commands to the glasses.
Check Lists – processes are designed as checklists with time for completion, based on Clients Process design/requirements.
Evidential Recording – All Process Execution sessions are recorded real-time locally in the attached device for evidential and knowledgebase purposes, those are uploaded to our Could-based platform when the operator completes the work day/tasks, so no connectivity is required while task execution, especially useful for most green-field project.
Process Execution Analytics – process is compared with predefined time for completion of each step and comparison of efficiency is presented as a dashboard.
Process recordings sharing – each process session could be securely share separately to external users without active registration on the Platform. Useful for sharing with external parties, or internal parties that are not part of the platform.
Support Materials – Site Operators are able to access the process knowledgebase of digital instructions supported by Photos, Video and documents, directly from their AR Glasses.
Knowledgebase Video – could be recorded by Experts/Trainers and make assessable to Site Operators and Trainees as needed in their daily work.
